Dr. Jerry Palacios and Dr. Elizabeth Chen
We are a husband and wife team committed to practicing personalized care of the highest standard for our patients. We are honored to serve our patients’ dental care needs and help them achieve their goals of function, health and esthetics. Both Dr. Chen and Dr. Jerry are committed to always furthering their education and training in dentistry to provide the highest quality care possible for their patients. They are members of the Maryland Academy of General Dentistry, the SPEAR Education Study Club, the Montgomery County Chinese Dental Study Club, the Engle Institute for Implant Dentistry, and the American Dental Association.

I am originally from Reading, Pennsylvania, where I grew up assisting in my dad’s dental practice. I knew I wanted to be a dentist by the time I was 16 and I couldn’t be more fortunate to be fulfilling that dream working alongside my wife and treating our wonderful patients every day.
I thoroughly enjoy meeting the incredible people that visit our practice each day and learning about the interesting lives they lead. I love practicing dentistry, helping patients feel comfortable in the dental chair, and maintaining their beautiful smiles. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, skiing, playing soccer, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Elizabeth Chen
Dr. Elizabeth Chen
I grew up in Montgomery County, Maryland, also the child of a dentist, Dr. Charles Chen, who is a practicing periodontist in Olney.
My first passion was for books and writing, so when I would visit my dad’s office growing up, I sat in the operatories with his patients, listening to their stories. I began to admire the social interactions, personalized care, and manual dexterity involved in dentistry. From then on, I knew I wanted to follow in his footsteps and become a dentist. I received my Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry before completing a general practice residency program at the NYU Langone Brooklyn Hospital.
While in school, I spent significant time being trained in periodontal surgeries and volunteering at local events to promote oral health for Baltimore children. I enjoy forming lasting relationships with my patients and delivering the highest quality care possible to meet their oral healthcare needs. In my free time, I love reading and writing, watching movies, hiking, traveling, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.
